JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.10739/2023. Paragraph No.3 of the order reads as under: "3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2- MUDA to consider the representation given by the petitioners and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly." 2. The respondent/accused has entered appearance and filed a memo dated 17.11.2025. Along - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48016-DB C.C.C. No.42/2024 with the memo, a copy of the endorsement dated 31.10.2025 has been enclosed. The said endorsement indicates that the accused has considered the representation of the complainant as directed by the learned Single Judge. 3. In view of the endorsement dated 31.10.2025, we do not find any willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
