The prayer sought in this petition is for quashing the impugned proceedings bearing No.Karasa.Keka. Sibbandi.C-6/109/346/2025-26 dated 03.05/06.2025, passed by second respondent, vide Annexure S, insofar as - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37143 WP No. 17837 of 2025 petitioner is concerned at Sl.No.74 and direct the second respondent to extract light work to the petitioner in terms of Section 20(4) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 with pay protection, considering the opinion given by the Medical Board. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the regular work in the respondent Corporation, which is affirmed by the learned counsel for respondents. Hence, the petition would not survive for consideration. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as the petitioner has joined the regular work in the respondent Corporation.
