(Oral) The petitioner had approached this Court raising a challenge to the communication received by him from the Haryana Staff Selection Commission whereby it was communicated that the recommendation of the claim of the petitioner cannot be made as the verification report of the State Sports Gradation Certificate appended by the petitioner alongwith the replication form is still awaited. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
