Learned Advocate Mr. Vijay Nangesh, appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to make a fresh application to the concerned Mamlatdar for issuance of the caste certificate in the format prescribed by the Central Government. 2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. In the event such an application is C/SCA/17606/2022 ORDER DATED: 19/12/2025 made, the concerned Mamlatdar is directed to issue the certificate within a period of three days from the date of receipt of the application. If the Mamlatdar deems it appropriate to reject the petitioner’s application, he shall not enter into technicalities and shall pass a reasoned order assigning grounds for rejection. (NIRZAR S.
