Learned counsel for Jal Nigam is not present. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent-authority is not releasing the balance amount of Rs.14,39,822/- due to the petitioner. The petitioner in respect to his grievances has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent-authority is not paying any heed to the representation of the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.3-Superintendent Engineer-XV Circle, U.P., Jal Nigam, Jhansi Division, Jhansi within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a period of two months from the date he receives representation of the petitioner.
