Heard Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner. 3. Mr.A.Joshua appears for the sole respondent and opposed the allowing of the petition. 4. However, after perusing the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the respondent, to be paid by the appellants through the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.
