ORDER The instant petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer
order made in Ka.Ku. No.28110/ Ni2/ TNSTC(ViMu)/ T.Malai / 2014 dated 26.04.2025, transferring him from Villupuram District to Puducherry Branch.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that for no reason he has been transferred. It is further contended that some baggages were kept behind the driver seat. It was presumed that it was taken by the petitioner and on the presumption, the petitioner had been transferred to Puducherry.

WP No. 27395 of 2025 respondents would submit that there was a charge memorandum issued against the petitioner and in order to have unbiased enquiry, on the administrative ground the petitioner has been transferred from Villupuram to Puducherry.
4. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by both sides.
5. Though it is contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the incriminated bags which contains certain banned items was not taken by the petitioner and taking advantage of his absence in the vehicle, the same was placed behind the driver seat, this aspect cannot be gone into in the writ jurisdiction. It is for the management to take into consideration of the above aspects.
6. Therefore, this Court does not find any merits in the impugned order dated 26.04.2025. However, the petitioner is given liberty to give representation to the respondents within a period of seven (07) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any representation is received from the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within a further period of four (04) weeks. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
