...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents specifically 5th respondent is not granting affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 for the B. Ed course and 3rd respondent not granting permission for spot/ management quota admissions with ratification for 2024-25 academic year into B. Ed course to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, discrimination and violation of Article 14 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents specifically 5th respondent to grant affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 and direct the 3rd respondent to grant permission for spot/ management quota admissions with ratification for the academic year 2024-25 for B. Ed course with 50 intake of students (1 unit) to the petitioner.

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondents specifically, respondent, in not granting affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 for the B.Ed. course and the action of the respondent in not granting permission for spot/management quota admissions with ratification for 2024-25 academic year into B.Ed., course to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, discrimination and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently, it is prayed to direct the respondent specifically the 5**^ respondent to grant affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 and direct the 3'''^ respondent to grant permission for spot/management quota admissions with ratification for the academic year 2024-25 for B.Ed. course. learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education, Sri Vivekananda Virupaksha, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, Sri Venna Hemantha Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education has furnished proceedings dated 18.02.2025 addressed by the Registrar, Krishna University.
3. As seen from the above proceedings, it transpires that the college has to undergo inspection by ‘Facts Finding Committee’ for verification

HI 2 of Education Infrastructure facilities in the college for maintenance of educational standards as prescribed by the University and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the provisional affiliation for the year 2024-25 will be issued to the college for spot admissions and the final affiliation will be granted to Sri Raghavendra College of Education, NTR District after completion of due procedures.
5. In view of the aforesaid instructions, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents herein to complete the inspection of the petitioner-institution within a period of one week from today and basing upon the said inspection report, take a decision for grant of affiliation within a period of one week thereafter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
6. As a sequel thereto. Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
