Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 04.03.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural to look into the representation dated 04.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order.
