Petitioner has approached this Court that she may be granted family pension being wife of deceased employee, late Bhagwan Das Sahu. Learned counsel for petitioner refers the averments and documents annexed alongwith this writ petition in support of his prayer. 3. Learned counsel for respondents, on basis of limited instructions, submits that there may be some legal impediment in payment of family pension, however, claim of petitioner will be considered and in case of any legal impediment the same will be communicated to her. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that claim of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to her within a short period.
