By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 11.01.2017 passed in SWP No. 42/2017. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents produced the copy of the consideration order No. 279-JK(RD&PR) of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, it is stated in the consideration order that the claim of the petitioners has been considered in compliance with the order passed by this court dated 13.08.2025 and the petitioners have been redesignated as Multitasking Staff (MTS), in terms of S.O. 133/2022 dated 29.03.2022 issued by General Administrative Department, subject to availability of the posts within the department on case to case basis. The same is taken on record. Copy of the consideration order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the orders passed by this court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. 4. Contempt proceedings, as such stand closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the consideration order dated 09.09.2025, if they desire so.
