In the present writ petition, though counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, however he suppressed the fact that the Debts Recovery Tribunal has dismissed the securitisation application filed by the petitioner. 3. Furthermore, it is to be noted that the sale has been completed by way of auction and the sale certificate has also been issued to a third party. 4. In light of the same, this Court cannot intervene in this writ petition at this stage. 5.
