CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Joint Development Agreement dated 31.05.2016 in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’).
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this court the order dated 14.03.2025 passed in CMP No.33 of 2025 and the operative portion of the order reads as under:

"ORDER i) The Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed; ii) Hon'ble Justice Sri. Subash B. Adi, Former Judge, High Court of Karnataka is nominated as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties in terms of Clause 18 of the Joint Development Agreement as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Rules. The office is directed to communicate this Order to learned Arbitrator and the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru. All the contentions of the parties are kept open."
In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.03.2025 passed by this court in CMP No. 33 of 2025.
