The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no.3-The Circle Officer, Sadar, Khunti to demarcate the petitioner’s land appertaining to Khata No.6, Plot Nos.128, 132, 537, 538, 560, 561, 570, 571, 575, 576, 577, 588, 557, 591, 592, 593, 594, 597, 648, 687, 688, 689, 690, 691, 701, 739, 740, 641, 742, 743, 744 and 746 situated at Mouza-Bagru, Circle-Sadar, District-Khunti measuring an area of 9.47 acres and Khata No.65, Plot Nos.584 and 602 situated at Mouza-Bagru, Circle-Sadar, District-Khunti measuring an area of 45 decimals. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance before the concerned authority. 3.
