THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
A joint memo has been filed today. It is stated that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- before the trial Court. The petitioner agrees to pay the balance settlement amount of Rs.25,80,000/- to the respondent either through RTGS or Demand Draft in four installments. First installment of Rs.10,00,000/- would be paid on or before 17.12.2025. Second installment of Rs.5,40,000/- would be paid on or before 17.01.2026. Third installment of Rs.5,40,000/- shall be paid on or before 17.02.2026 and the last installment of Rs.5,00,000/- would be paid on or before
17.03.2026.
2. The respondent has confirmed that on receipt of the aforesaid sum of Rs.25,80,000/-, it shall have no further or future dates whatsoever against the petitioner and the said sum shall constitute full and final settlement of the dispute.

3. In view of the aforesaid settlement, apparently no further dispute remains between the parties except actual payment of the aforementioned sums. Therefore, it is directed that on payment of the aforesaid installments as specified, the offence shall stand compounded. The amount that is deposited before the trial Court i.e., a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent as per rules.
4. This petition stands disposed of in terms of the Joint memo.
