Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, S.T. No.278 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh No.III, learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad.
On 21.01.2024, the daughter of the informant was found murdered in her office.
From the impugned order, it transpired that on the pointing out of the petitioner, a knife which was used in committing murder of the deceased was recovered.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
