This petition has been filed for fair investigation in Case Crime No.0343 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 307 I.P.C., Police Station Gagaha, District Gorakhpur with regard to the first information report dated 31.10.2019. 3. Learned A.G.A. informs that repeated chargesheets have been filed in this case since 2019 but there is no disclosure of the same in the writ petition. 4. This petition is dismissed. 5. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner may approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P.
