The show cause notice dated 26.09.2020 issued by respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Varanasi is under challenge. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the reply to the aforesaid notice has already been submitted by the petitioner on 20.10.2020. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a copy of the reply dated 20.10.2020 to the aforesaid notice (Annexure No.1) along with certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Varanasi within two weeks. In case, the petitioner does so, the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with copy of the reply dated 20.10.2025.
