Only on the apprehension that the petitioner's daughters may not be accepted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, as sureties, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 2.The order passed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.2229 of 2016 dated 06.02.2020 is in favour of the petitioner, wherein only two sureties have been directed to be produced. It is only an apprehension that the concerned Court may not accept the petitioner's daughters as sureties.
