Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents. The instant I.A. is for the readmission of the connected MFA/23/2011. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not appear in the Court due to the reasons which is explained in Paragraphs No.3 and 4 of the application. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the readmission of the MFA/23/2011. Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsels and by perusing of the explanation given in paragraphs No.3 and 4 of the application, this Court find it fit to restore the MFA/23/2011, which was dismissed for non- prosecution.
