Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.3/Executive Engineer, UPPCL, Rampur, District Rampur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated May 17, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.3/Executive Engineer, UPPCL, Rampur, District Rampur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated May 17, 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
