JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking mandamus directing the respondent-University to consider the case of the petitioner for considering the temporary service of the petitioner from 15.06.1973 to 12.11.1990 of 17 years for his service benefits in fixation of the salary and pensionary benefits, etc., as per the set of representations dated 04.04.1996, 22.07.2013 and 15.12.2016 vide Annexures-E, F and L in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1-University submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondent-University would consider the representations vide Annexures-E, F and L and pass appropriate orders. 3.
