Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "a) Issue an order or direction to Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court no. 2, Mau, deciding 6C2 injunction application in Original Suit No. 1571 of 2021, (Ramesh Chandra Maurya Vs Savitri Devi & others), pending in the Court of Aditional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court no. 2, Mau, within reasonable stipulated time (b) Issue an order on direction to Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court no. 2, Mau Deciding 6C2 injunction application in original suit no.- 1571 of 2021 ( Ramesh Chandra maurya Vs Savitri Devi & others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau, within stipulated time and also direct the parties in the suit to maintain status quo till the disposal of 6C2 injunction application in the original suit no. 1571 of 2021 (Ramesh Chandra maurya Vs Savitri Devi & others), pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court no. 2, Mau.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned 6C2 application is pending consideration since 2021 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.2, Mau to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
