Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 04.02.2015 whereby he has been transferred from Prayagraj to Chattisgarh. 3. The plea taken is that there is a medical issue with the petitioner qua tranplantation of his knee for which he is admitted in the hospital. It is further submitted that the petitioner has only one and a half years to go for retirement. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the petitioner has been transferred under the transfer policy but he is not averse to the representation of the petitioner being considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of three weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of one month. 6. For a period of two months from today or till the decision is taken by the authority whichever is earlier, petitioner shall not be relieved pursuant to the order of transfer dated 04.02.2025, if he has already not been relieved till date.
