Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Superintendent of Police, Mau has not mentioned any date below his signatures and, therefore, no joint meeting was convened before approval to the gang chart. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned gang chart is hereby quashed. However, it shall be open to the respondents to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law.
