1. Heard Mr. Manish Upadhyay, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Vivek Kumar Shrivastava, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Akhilesh Kumar, Government Advocate for the State/respondents No.1 to 3 and Mr. Mayur Khandelwal, Advocate on behalf of Dr. Saurabh Kumar Pande, Advocate for respondent No.4.
2. By filing this MCC, the applicant has prayed for following relief:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this MCC and thereby modify/correct the order dated 21.1.2025 passed in WPS No.7196/2024 to the above extent, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the order dated 21.01.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.7196/2024, in paragraph 6 of the order “B.Ed. degree” is wrongly typed instead of “D.Ed. degree” and the same needs to be corrected accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to the same.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the present MCC is allowed. In the order dated
3 21.01.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.7196/2024, in paragraph 6 of the order “B.Ed degree” be read as “D.Ed degree”.
6. A copy of this order be placed along with the records of WPS No.7196/2024. Certified copy today.
