The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65, 62 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4, 6, 18 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra. 3. The petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant and took her to a nearby forest and attempted to rape her. When the victim raised alarm, he left the victim in her house. 4. From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner has been identified by the victim in T.I. Parade. 5.
