(che.tha) No.3/1986, i.e. in T.S.No.28, comes under Sooramangalam Division-1,ward-A, Block-30 of the Salem City municipal Corporation, presently called as Doctors Colony, Jagir Reddipatti (Ammapalayam Village) Salem- 636 302 and put a board with Street name stating the Corporation name, thereby effectively implement the High Court order passed in W.P.No.36288/2023 dated 24.04.2024 within stipulated time. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record the proceedings of the Commissioner, Salem City Municipal Corporation, stating that the encroachments on the said road have already been removed and that the work of asphalting the road will be undertaken during the next financial year. 3. Recording the said undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the asphalting work on the said road during the financial year 2027–2028. There shall be no order as to costs.
