Petition prayer reads as under:
“The petitioner, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the Petitioner shall not be paid with the arear dues which has been wrongfully withheld under Clause-3 of Annexure- 2 by wrongly applying the ratio decided in the case of (Union of India and others Vs Tarsem Singh).
If the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said Rule be made absolute.
And /or pass such other order/ orders, issue such other writ/writs this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in order to provide complete relief to the petitioner.”
2. Petition is preceded by giving a representation dated 20.11.2024, a copy whereof is at Annexure-4. The last paragraph of the said representation reflected relief which the petitioner wants and the same reads as under:
“Under said the facts and circumstances stated above my case may kindly be considered sympathetically by releasing the
arrear dues which had been withheld under Clause-3 of the approval order dated 19.06.2015 by wrongly applying the ratio decided in the Case of (Union of India and others Vs. Tarsem Singh) for which act of your kindness I shall ever be grateful to you.”

Learned ASC Mr. Khandayatray, on request, appearing for the OPs agrees that the representation of the kind should meet its fate at the hands of the jurisdictional authority within the reasonable time. He assures the Court that he would ensure the disposal of the representation in accordance with law, if all
contentions are kept open and a reasonable time line is prescribed by the Court. This is appreciable.
In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off. Period for consideration of subject representation and informing result of such consideration to the petitioner, is eight weeks. All
contentions of the parties are kept open.
It is open to solicit any information or document from side of the petitioner or from other officers, as are required for due
consideration of the subject representation; however, in that guise delay shall not be brooked.
Now, no costs.
