Pursuant to the Order passed by the Rent Court ordering eviction in RLTOP.No.811 of 2022, the Execution Petition has been filed. Though the question of tenancy rights in respect of the tenanted premises is pending in O.S.Nos.4959 of 2021 and 7613 of 2021 is pending on the file of the City Civil Court, Chennai, the Rent Controller had Ordered eviction and the Execution Court has proceeded with the Execution Proceedings and Ordered delivery. Challenging the same, the present revision has been filed. 3. At this stage, the revision petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking before this Court, seeking time till 07.02.2026 for vacating the premises. Considering the dispute between the parties, the petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2025. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2025, the Execution Court shall proceed with the Execution Proceedings. 6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismised. No costs.
