Sri Girish Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, by referring the documents annexed alongwith this writ petition, submits that grievance of petitioner with regard to non payment of salary is pending for consideration before Deputy General Manager, Indian Bank, Kanpur Nagar, which has now been forwarded to Zonal Manager Indian Bank, Zonal Office, Kanpur Nagar by letter dated 10.07.2025, however, till date it has not been considered. 2. Sri P.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents, submits that if there is no legal impediment, a reasoned decision will be taken and it will be informed to petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, without entering into merit of case, at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of taking note of assurance given by learned counsel for respondents with further observation that in case petitioner is constrained to approach this Court after aforesaid period for same relief, it may be a reason to pass adverse order against concerned respondents, including recovery from their salary.
