The appeal has been filed:- “for setting aside the order dt. 23/11/2023 passed by Sri Pathak Alok Kaushik, A.D..J.-L., cum Special Judge, SC/ST, Lakhisarai in SC/ST reg. no. 41/2022 arising out of Canan PS case no. 19/2022 by which cognizance for the offence under section 302/34 of IPC and section 27 of Arms Act and section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act and further summon has been issued, is directed in the following facts and circumstances of the case.” Patna High Court CR.
