And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Aakarsh Dwivedi,Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Deepak Verma,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 15.05.2025 passed by Additional City Magistrate (First), Gorakhpur (Respondent No.2), U/s 145 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 624 of 2023, Computerized Case No.D202305310000624, (State Versus Usha Singh). 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant challenged the order dated 15.05.2025 by which impleadment application of respondent No.4 has been allowed and he has been impleaded as party in 145 Cr.P.C. proceedings. He further submits that order passed on 15.05.2025 are illegal, arbitrary and mala fide and the same has been passed without considering the grievance of the applicant and allowed the application of respondent No.4 and impleaded as party. 4. Considering the argument advanced by petitioner's counsel and perused the order impugned dated 15.05.2025, it is apparent that respondent no.2 was party in the suit between the parties and present application U/s 145 Cr.P.C. has been moved for making the party. Order passed by respondent No.2, Addl. City Magistrate (First), Gorakhpur for impleading the party in the proceeding is just and proper. No interference is warranted at this stage. 5.
