Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not conducting investigation in Crime No.887 of 2021 on the file of Penamaluru Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Hon’ble VI Additional Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada on 28.02.2025 vide CF No.1532/2025. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
