In spite of granting repeated opportunities, the learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator is not in a position to serve notice on the respondent. Today, it is pointed out on behalf of the Official Liquidator by the learned Standing Counsel that the local police have also reported that they are not in a position to find out the addressee.
