The interim order dated 01.03.2024 by which the further proceedings of Title Suit No.18/2017 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No.1, Kokrajhar was stayed is hereby vacated. 4. As both the parties have duly appeared before this Court, they are directed to appear before the learned Trial Court on 11.04.2025.
