Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- “(1) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to mutate the Land comprised in Khasra No. 171/173 area 10 karnal 11 Marla, situated in Tika Bhurer, Mauza Jaisinghpur, Tehsil Palampur, District Kangra, H.P. in favour of petitioner, within a time bound period.” 2. After making his submissions for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this petition but with liberty that if so advised, the petitioner may approach the superior authorities in terms of the Land Revenue Act 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:14753 for the alleged inaction of the concerned Revenue Officer. However, it is clarified that this Court has not made any observation that any Revenue Officer is remiss of his/her official duties.
