Perused the withdrawal of appearance note dated 13.06.2025 addressed to the office filed by learned advocate Mr. Jigneshkumar P. Pandav for the Applicant No. 1 and the office note dated 23.06.2025 pertaining to the same. 3. It prima facie appears that learned Advocate has made communication dated 20.05.2025 but in the aforesaid communication learned Advocate has not intimated his client about his intention of retirement from the matter. Therefore, on perusal of the record it transpires that notice/intimation issued by the learned Advocate to his client is not confirmative with the Rules, therefore, the request made by the learned Advocate cannot be accepted and R/CR.MA/2765/2020 ORDER DATED: 24/06/2025 accordingly declined. Moreover, there is nothing on record to show by way of communication/letter that the client(s) has/have intimated the learned advocate that clients do not want to continue the learned advocate and are relieving the concerned advocate from the matter. Hence, the withdrawal of appearance note is not in compliance with Rule 133 of the Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the withdrawal of appearance note dated 13.06.2025 filed by learned advocate Mr. Jigneshkumar P.
