Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Development by which petitioner has been transferred from Artificial Insemination Sub Center (Krtrim Garbhadharan Upakendra), Bonda, Distt. - Raigarh to Veterinary Dispensary, New Khogapani, Distt. - Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur. 2 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a Class – III employee working on the post of Assistant Veterinary Field Officer and has been assigned work of livestock census of 2025. He has to work for the said work as such transfer order is not in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the said census work is to be concluded till February, 2025. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that son of petitioner has to appear in the examination who is studying in primary as such some breathing time may be given so that his son may appear in the examination. 5. Considering fact of the case that petitioner has been assigned census work of livestock of 2025, impugned order of transfer with respect to petitioner is kept in abeyance till 07th of March, 2025. 6. Petitioner is directed to give his joining till 10th of March, 2025. 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
