The major grievance of the petitioner/plaintiff is that the plaintiff has sought for a relief of possession of the suit property and despite the suit having been instituted way back in the year 2017, the same is kept pending for the past eight years without any further movement. 5. In view of the above, the learned Subordinate Judge, Attur is directed to expedite the trial in O.S.No.52 of 2017 and dispose of the said suit finally on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.
