Pursuant to the order dated 28.07.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 04.08.2025, which is taken on record. Based upon instruction, he submitted that in present case, final report has been submitted on 12.01.2025. Again, matter was sent for re-investigation and final report has been submitted on 27.06.2025. He further submitted that considering the seriousness of matter, S.S.P., Etawah vide order dated 12.07.2025 has directed for further investigation and as on date, investigation is going on. 3. Under such facts of the case no further order is required to be passed. 4. File is consigned to the record. 5. However, liberty is given to the applicant to file fresh contempt application in case investigation is not completed within next two months.
