The case of the petitioner is that on 05.02.2025, when the petitioner along with her husband and others are in agricultural field, the accused persons abused the petitioner in filthy language and attacked the petitioner and her family members and caused injuries. In this regard the petitioner had given a complaint before the respondent and the same has been registered in CSR.No.200 of 2025. Whereas, that complaint given by the accused persons, as a counter blast, has been registered in Crime No.82 of 2025 and charge sheet has also been filed in the case.
