By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Complaint Case No. 881 of 2023, Under Section 138 N.I. Act, (Sri Radhey Shyam Cold Storage Pvt. Limited Authorized Director Gulab Chanra Saini vs Murari Lal Gautam and others), Police Station- Banna Devi, District- Aligarh, pending in the Court of Additional Court, Aligarh, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2023 but the same has not been decided, so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
