Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that as and when the husband-applicant visits the court at Firozabad to attend the hearing of the subject case, the opposite party no.2 and her relatives misbehave with him. He prays for transfer of the subject case from Firozabad to any other district. Concededly, the matter is pending for last two years and no specific instance of any such event is mentioned in the application or highlighted during hearing. The ground raised for transfer of the case is absolutely vague. The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
