The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking issuance of appropriate directions for a fair, impartial and effective investigation in FIR No.0090 dated 30.04.2024, registered under Sections 120- B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sector-17/18, Gurugram. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred the representation/complaint dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, but no action has been taken so far. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
