The present miscellaneous application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeking recall of the Order dated 28.05.2025, whereby the Regular Bail application No. 300/2025 of the petitioner was inadvertently permitted to be withdrawn. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Regular Bail application of the petitioner was already fixed for hearing on 11.07.2025, as notice was issued to the next kith and kin of the deceased for the said date of hearing. In the meantime, an application seeking grant of interim bail was moved on behalf of the petitioner, and on 28.05.2025, the learned counsel had sought permission only to This is a digitally signed order. The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that he has no objection to the correction of the said inadvertent error and restoration of the application of the petitioner seeking grant of Regular Bail. 5. Apart from hearing the arguments, the record has been perused, on 28.05.2025 only the application of the petitioner seeking grant of interim bail was listed. However, the petitioner has sought permission only to withdraw the said application. Due to typographical error, the Bail Application bearing No. 300/2025 seeking grant of Regular Bail to the petitioner was also permitted to be withdrawn. 6. In view of the above, let the Bail application of the petitioner bearing No. 300/2025 be restored to its Original Position. 7. Accordingly, the Order dated 28.05.2025 stands modified to this effect and this Order shall be read as corrigendum to the Order dated 28.05.2025. 8.
