2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 353, 225, 333, 504, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on secret information of theft of motorcycle, a raid was conducted in the scrap shop of Kanahiya Tiwari where this petitioner was arrested but due to intervention of villagers, petitioner got released from the custody. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.
4. Considering the seriousness of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
