However, it came to be restored on 11th March,2025 and directed to be listed higher up. It was made clear that no adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties. The present case came to be instituted on 10th August, 2015 and subject to objections status quo was directed to be maintained. It appears that the petitioner after institution of the petition and having status quo in his favour has resorted to tactics of dilly dallying.
