The petitioner is serving as Language Teacher in Government High School Anji u/c Government Senior Secondary School Guggaghat, District Solan, H.P. It is his case that he satisfied the criteria for inter-district transfer in terms of applicable transfer policy of the respondent-State and has accordingly represented on 01.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking inter district transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that his aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. Having regarding to the above submissions, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and as per applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of six weeks from today.
