By way of this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has called in question order dated 30th August, 2025 passed by respondent No.1 in Revision Application No.63 of 2025, by which the interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner dated 12th August, 2025 came to be vacated. 2. Heard learned advocate Mr.B.T. Rao for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Venugopal Patel for respondent Nos.1 C/SCA/12905/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/09/2025 to 3 and learned senior advocate Mr.B.S. Patel with learned advocate Mr.Anand Gogia. 3. All the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties have arrived at a broad consensus and requested this Court not to decide the present petition on merits and sought intervention of this Court to direct the authority to decide the Revision Application No.63 of 2025 be decided in time-bound schedule. It is also agreed between the parties that during the pendency of the Revision Application No.63 of 2025, order dated 12th August, 2025 granted by the Deputy Secretary be also continued. 4. In view of the aforesaid consensus arrived at between the parties, impugned order dated 30th August, 2025 passed by respondent No.1 in Revision Application No.63 of 2025 is hereby quashed and set aside. The authority is hereby directed to decide Revision Application No.63 of 2025 within 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. During the pendency of the Revision Application No.63 of 2025, interim order dated 12th August, 2025 is directed to be restored. 4.1 While deciding the Revision Application No.63 of 2025, applicant of Civil Application No.1 of 2025 be joined in the proceedings and C/SCA/12905/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/09/2025 they shall also be given adequate opportunity of hearing. 4.2 It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. 5. The parties are hereby directed to cooperate in the proceedings so as to enable the authority to complete the proceedings of Revision Application No.63 of 2025 in time-bound schedule as directed hereinabove. 6. In view of order passed in the main Special Civil Application, Civil Application No.1 of 2025 does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly. (NIRAL R.
